Rollover the settings icon in the top right of BuzzStream. Select Settings from the dropdown.
Select Connect to Email in the settings menu options.
To Connect your email click Add Email Account.
Step 1 - Pick your email provider
Select your email provider from the icons. If you have an Exchange Mail Server or you don't know your provider select Other.
Step 2 - Basic Account information
Enter the following to begin the process of connecting to your email:
- Description (only used in the Connect to Mail settings)
- Who can see emails from this account
- Who can sent emails from this account
When finished click next to continue.
Step 3 - Continue through the setup process.
If you're connecting to a Gmail / Google Apps, Yahoo, or AOL account BuzzStream automatically takes you through the setup process filling in the mail servers and SSL settings for your account. If you have an Exchange Server or an email provider that was not listed above you'll need to set up both the Automatic Email Tracking and Outgoing Server for your account. For detailed instructions see "How do I Connect to Email using an Exchange Server or other email provider?"
