BuzzStream manages permissions for users with Roles. Roles are assigned to each user at the time their account is created. See How do I add and manage users? for more information
BuzzStream comes with 4 standard roles out of the box: Admin, Manager, Standard user, Restricted User.
Admins have access to full permissions for the account with the exception of the Account and Billing information. Only the Account Owner has access to this. The Admin Role and it's assigned permissions are not editable.
All other Roles have varying levels of permissions depending on the role and can be edited by an Admin.
To assign or edit permission for a Role:
Go the settings icon and select Settings from the dropdown. Select Manage Roles from the Settings Menu.
Choose the Role you wish to edit. If you prefer to create a new Role use the Add Role button on the bottom of the page.
Once inside the Role use the checkboxes to assign and remove permissions. Permissions are grouped together by function.
Click Save to finish.
